Arranmore Island’s oldest resident Bridget Gallagher recently celebrated her 98th birthday at the Arranmore Day Centre, joined by her family friends and neighbours. 

Bridget received personal video birthday messages from Daniel O'Donnell and Margo wishing her well. Please click on the arrows to go through the gallery.

“Bridget is a remarkable lady, so fit and well,” the members of the Arranmore Day Centre said. “Much loved and admired by all. Bridget is one of the longest attending the Day centre for over 30 years, long may you continue to enjoy many more days at the Centre and good health.”
