With the weather holding for most of the afternoon, most of the drivers were quite happy to be caught in traffic on the top of Sliabh Liag and enjoying the unbelievable scenery. One Dubliner commented: "It beats the Merrion Road on a Monday morning" and a Corkonian, not to be undone remarked: "You should see the Jack Lynch Tunnel".
