What stars will be on the Late Late Show New Year's Eve special?

Patrick Kielty will host his first ever NYE Late Late show

A STAR-studded line-up of guests have been announced for the New Year's Eve edition of the Late Late Show.

Kicking off at 10:15pm, host Patrick Kielty will welcome a range of guests to the stage, including that of American rock band Wheatus and Irish country-folk band The Tumbling Paddies, as well as the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, TV and radio star, Carl Mullan and comedian Gearóid Farrelly.

In addition, other celebrities taking to the couch on the night include that of Scottish musician and producer, Midge Ure, Irish singer-songwriter, Maverick Sabre, Eurovision star, Niamh Kavanagh, as well as British chef James Martin, actors Paddy Jenkins and Simone Kirby.

A wide range of musicians will also feature, including that of Allie Sherlock, Winnie Ama, Camille O’Sullivan, Gerry Leonard and Fia Moon. 

If that weren't enough, RTÉ promises "many more surprises on the night"!

To round off 2023, Patrick Kielty will then hand over to Anna Geary at Dublin Castle for the New Year’s Eve Countdown Concert, featuring Picture This.
