In total, Fowler scored 183 goals in 369 appearances for Liverpool across two spells, the second coming after an emotional return in 2006
Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler is on his way to Letterkenny's Mount Errigal Hotel in April.
An evening with Robbie Fowler will take place on Saturday, April 18, courtesy of Peak Top Agency, who have previously brought the likes of Martin O'Neill, Mick McCarthy, John Barnes, Kevin Sheedy, Tony Cascarino and John Barnes to the venue.
Fowler is widely regarded as one of Liverpool’s most natural finishers and a defining striker of the club’s 1990s era. Born in Toxteth in 1975, he came through Liverpool’s youth system and made an immediate impact after his senior debut in 1993.
Within weeks, he announced himself to English football by scoring five goals in a League Cup tie against Fulham, a performance that symbolised the instinctive poacher he would become. Fowler combined sharp movement, anticipation and clinical finishing.

He quickly became a fan favourite at Anfield, earning the nickname “God” from supporters. Fowler was twice voted PFA Young Player of the Year and scored 31 league goals in the 1995–96 season. His partnership with Steve McManaman and later Michael Owen helped keep Liverpool competitive during a transitional period for the club.
In total, he scored 183 goals in 369 appearances for Liverpool across two spells, the second coming after an emotional return in 2006. He also won a historic cup treble in 2000–01, lifting the FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Cup. Fowler later played for Leeds, Manchester City and abroad, but his legacy remains inseparable from Liverpool.
