“They turned the car and the other driver then took off at a high speed onto a bog road and was forced to stop due to the rough terrain. It transpired that the driver had a learner permit and no insurance,” Garda Gráinne Doherty said. “The matter will be dealt with under the Juvenile Liaison Scheme.”
