A bench warrant has been issued for a drug-driver, who failed to appear at court in Donegal.
Judge Brendan O’Reilly issued the warrant for the arrest of Kieran Taylor, who was not present at Falcarragh District Court when his case was called.
Taylor, 33, with an address at Carrowdoon Park, Dunloy, Ballymena, was charged with a number of offences.
Taylor was charged with drug-driving at Neil T Blaney Road, Letterkenny, on August 16, 2020.
The accused is also charged with driving without insurance.
He faces further charges of failure to produce insurance and failure to produce a driving licence.
Following Taylor’s non-appearance, Judge O’Reilly issued a bench warrant.
