ATU Donegal were celebrating victory in the 2023 Yoplait Ladies HEC Lynch Cup final with Termon’s Ciara McGavey playing vital role scoring 1-8.

Barney Curran’s side overcame University College Cork at University of Galway Connacht GAA Air Dome in Bekan, Co Mayo, on Saturday.
With a 0-4 to 0-3 lead at half-time, ATU Donegal pushed on in the second half to secure victory, with McGarvey leading the line and Caoimhe Connor and Aimee McIntyre also getting on the scoresheet. In the semi-final on Friday, centre-forward Emma Howe and full-forward McGarvey were in fine scoring form, hitting 3-5 and 1-10 respectively in their 4-18 to 3-6 win over DCU.
