Aidan O'Rourke and Donegal were easily beaten in Hyde Park by Roscommon.
Donegal went down heavily to Roscommon in the final league game and they could well be looking for a new management team.
Speaking immediately after the 0-21 to 0-9 defeat Aidan O'Rourke (who took over the reins along with Paddy Bradley after Paddy Carr stepped away), was non-committal about the future.
"It was a difficult week," said Aidan O'Rourke, who felt that there was something missing in the second half. "We missed a lot of chances in the first half and left chances behind, we just ran out of road in the second half.
"We felt frustrated at half-time; we thought we should have been in a better position. I felt we had played some decent football. But it has been a pattern through the league that we haven't played well in second half".
The Armagh man was non-committal about the future. "After Paddy (Carr) stepped away on Wednesday, we had a conversation with Fergus McGee (chairman) we undertook to take the boys for today. What happens from here is a different conversation".
