Irish rugby icon Rory Best visited Ardara GAA Club at the weekend to lend his considerable support to their bumper ‘Cash or Car’ draw.
Former Ireland captain Best, also a multiple British and Irish Lion, had a look around the club’s facilities at Pearse Park with Donegal’s 2012 All-Ireland winner Paddy McGrath the designated tour guide.

Pearse Memorial Park currently has two full size playing pitches, clubhouse, covered stand, kicking wall and new gymnasium.
And the aim of the draw is to help raise funds to aid with the completion of a new all weather pitch and walkway/runway around the grounds and to also finish off the public section of their new gymnasium, which was opened in late 2022.
