Jeaic Mac Ceallabhuí has been named to start for Donegal in Sunday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final against Galway at Croke Park.
Mac Ceallabhuí has been included by Jim McGuinness in the half-forward line with Conor O'Donnell not in the first XV or substitutes.
The Carndonagh man recently returned from a long injury lay-off as a substitute against Clare in the All-Ireland group phase and started the quarter-final win over Louth.
However, a graphic released by the Donegal County Board on its social media channels shows O'Donnell on an 'extended panel'.
Mac Ceallabhuí has not started a Championship game this year, but scored a point against Armagh in the Ulster final as a substitute and the Naomh Conaill clubman played the last 21 minutes of the Louth game.
Cloughaneely midfielder Jason McGee, who remains an injury doubt, has been named among the Donegal substitutes, while Glenfin's Luke McGlynn moves up into the matchday 26.
Donegal (All-Ireland SFC semi-final v Galway): Shaun Patton; Ciaran Moore, Brendan McCole, Eoghan Ban Gallagher; Ryan McHugh, Caolan McGonagle, Peadar Mogan; Ciaran Thompson, Michael Langan; Jeaic Mac Ceallabhuí, Shane O'Donnell, Daire Ó Baoill; Patrick McBrearty, Oisin Gallen, Niall O'Donnell. Substitutes: Gavin Mulreany, Caolan McColgan, Stephen McMenamin, Odhran Doherty, Luke McGlynn, Mark Curran, Jason McGee, Hugh McFadden, Jamie Brennan, Aaron Doherty, Charles McGuinness.
