The Annagry event has been organised in memory of the late Connie O’Donnell and in aid of two local charities

A night of remembrance for the late Connie O’Donnell will be held in Annagry.

Taking place at Caisleáin Óir Hotel on Saturday, November 7, the charity event will feature a raffle and live music from Roxy and the Bhoys, with special guests.

Organised by Maureen O’Donnell and family, the night will celebrate Connie’s life on the 20th anniversary. Born in 1964, Connie, who was actively involved in the community, passed away in 2006 at the age of 42.

“Some people may leave our lives, but they never leave our hearts,” Caisleán Óir shared. “We invite you to join us for a special evening as we come together to remember Connie on his 20th anniversary.

“A night of remembrance, music, friendship and togetherness, celebrating the memories that live on and the people who will never be forgotten.

“We hope you’ll join us for a meaningful evening of music, memories and community, while supporting two very worthy causes.”

All proceeds will go to the two chosen beneficiaries, Gemma’s Legacy of Hope and Jigsaw Donegal.

“They invite family, friends and the wider community to come together for a special night to honour Connie’s life, remember cherished memories, and celebrate the lasting impact he had on all who knew and loved him,” Gemma’s Legacy of Hope shared.
