Cara House Family Resource Centre in Letterkenny
The Carers Support Group at Cara House Family Resource Centre in Letterkenny is returning for 2026.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24 at 12:30pm. All home carers are welcome.
“This year, we will be introducing more speakers, opportunities to take part in programmes for carers and will be covering all aspects of caring from your mental health, nutrition and essential skills for carers,” Cara House shared. “We will maintain our peer-lead support with facilitated open discussions and refreshments.”
