Whilst on route, the team were contacted by the Aero Medical desk to inform them that the people accompanying the casualty had managed to transport them to the car park and were on their way to rendezvous with a NAS ambulance who was waiting at Carndonagh Medical Centre.

The DMRT team leader also met the ambulance here as the patient was transferred into their care.

The team were then stood down.
DMRT expressed thanks to NAS and the Aero Medical Team, Cork and wished the casualty a speedy recovery.
