In total, 17 farmer clinics are scheduled across the country, with two in Donegal this week
Donegal farmers are being encouraged to attend the Basic Income Support for Sustainability (BISS) clinics by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue.
BISS farmer clinics will take place in Unit 10, Spraoi agus Spórt, Carndonagh on Wednesday, April 24th and in the Central Hotel, Donegal Town on Thursday, April 25th. Both clinics will commence at 10am and finish at 4.30pm.
“This series of in-person clinics has been organised to assist farmers in making their applications online for the Basic Income Support for Sustainability and other area-based schemes. Department staff will provide one-to-one support to assist farmers to submit their scheme applications well in advance of the closing date of May 15th, 2024. These clinics have proved very popular in past years with farmers, and I would encourage farmers across to attend the clinics,” the Donegal minister commented.
In total, 17 farmer clinics are scheduled across the country.
