New date announced for Bundoran Bay Swim which was called off due to weather

The event had to be postponed due to unsafe conditions forecast for Sunday afternoon

Due to bad weather the Bundoran Bay Swim has been postponed until Sunday, September 8. 

Registration remains open at bundoranbayswim.com

This event is to raise money for the Bundoran Community Development CLGThis is the old traditional swim and is 2.4 km. It is a fundraiser swim and not a timed race event.

There will be kayak and boat coverage the whole way. There will also be a line of markers that will guide the swimmers in.

This swim starts at 2pm from Tullan Strand. Please note that registration is at Bundoran pier from 12 noon.
