Treats galore as exciting new eatery opens its doors in Donegal Town

There is a great buzz of excitement in the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation community as the long-awaited opening day of the Bluestack Shack finally arrived.

Overlooking Donegal Bay, the Bluestack Shack is a new and exciting eatery in Donegal Town. Service users of the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation have undergone training and are now expert baristas, bakers and chefs - and their welcoming smiles and customer service skills are absolutely outstanding.

The team at the Bluestack Shack are offering soup, hot drinks including delicious coffee, and an absolutely mouth watering range of baked treats. 

They can’t wait for you to visit and see for yourself how tasty their food and drinks are, and how beautiful their ‘Shack’ is, situated in the gorgeous gardens of the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation building opposite the Abbey Vocational School in Donegal Town.

The Bluestack Shack will be open every Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 4pm. 

As an added bonus, there will be a loyalty card app in operation on hot drinks so regular customers can look forward to being rewarded with a free cup of tea or coffee every so often. 

There are many good reasons to check out the Bluestack Shack, and no doubt the team won’t be long in building up a very loyal customer base if they continue with the same level of quality of food and service that has been demonstrated on their first day of business.
