Jordan Furey with UFC legend Gunnar Nelson in Thailand earlier this year.
Jordan Furey will fight for the second time as a professional in October.
The Letterkenny mixed martial artist is slated to feature as part of Clan Wars 48 in Belfast on October 1.
Furey transitioned to the pro ranks when he defeated Gabriel Marcel da Silva in June.
The 23-year-old will now face Rogger Lopez in a lightweight bout back at the Europa Hotel.
Lopez, from Peru, is 0-3 as a pro and Furey will be keen to continue his march.
Furey, who is based now with Straight Blast Gym in Dublin, was 10-2 as an amateur.
In his pro debut, he stopped da Silva as a flurry of punches left the Brazilian with no answer.
Furey trains alongside ‘Moville Mauler’ Darragh Kelly, who will face Jelle Zeegers at the 3Arena as part of a Bellator card on September 23.
