A time adjustment over night has now pushed Declan Gallagher to the front of the line in the modified section as reigning champion Kevin Gallagher slips back to second ahead of the third and final day of the Donegal International Rally.  

Ardara's Gallagher had got delayed on Friday behind Mark Alcorn after his accident and now those crucial seconds added have propelled the Milkman into the lead. 

But that lead is slight with the man in the Toyota Starlet just one second in front of Kevin Gallagher's Darian T90.
