Joshua Henry won at Mondello Park on Saturday
Donegal teenager Joshua Henry bagged his first win in the Patch Tyre Equipment ICCR Championship on Saturday.
At Mondello Park, the Inver lad edged out Bobby Joe McFall and Logan Hoey.
Henry began the race in P3 and, after overhauling McFall, he soon had Hoey in his sights.
At the Bridgestone Corner, the Stables Motorsport Centre-backed Donegal driver made his move to put him in control.
This was Henry's first ICCR Junior MINI Challenge win.
Last October, Henry won the Junior MINI Cup at Nutts Corner, following on from an excellent summer where he topped the pile in Aghadowey, also finishing third overall in the adult class – aged just 14.
Earlier this year on his ICCR Junior MINI Challenge debut, Henry finished in second spot.
His performances in 2023 caught the eye of Donagh Kelly and the former Irish Tarmac Rally Championship winner snapped up the exciting prospect.
