Jamie O'Carroll made his senior debut for Letterkenny on Saturday

Letterkenny RFC first XV welcomed a fierce and determined Cavan RFC side on Saturday in what was a seriously competitive game of rugby. 

In challenging conditions, and with a few lineup adjustments, the hosts pulled off a thrilling 17-16 victory! 

This was achieved thanks to a huge effort from everyone on the field, showing grit and determination to clinch the win!

A special congratulations goes to Jamie O’Carroll, who made his senior debut for the firsts and contributed to the hard-fought win!

Letterkenny’s development team took on a well-prepared Donegal Town RFC at the weekend. 

But despite their best efforts, they came up short this time. Letterkenny firsts’ next outing is away to Ards RFC on Saturday, November 9 while the development team are next in action in the cup against Lurgan seconds on Saturday, November 2.
