Finn Harps are hopeful of swift returns for Patrick Ferry and Jamie Watson.
Ferry was withdrawn at half-time in the defeat by Athlone Town on Bank Holiday Monday with a suspected concussion.
The Gweedore man, a summer signing from Ballinamallard United, sat out Friday’s defeat to Treaty United.
Defender Watson, also recruited in the summer window, picked up a thigh strain and was also left off the match day roster on Friday.
Both will be monitored ahead of the visit of Leinster Senior League side Skerries to Finn Park for an FAI Cup round of 16 game on Friday.
“It all depends on reassessment,” Harps assistant manager Darren Murphy told Donegal Live.
“Fingers crossed we might have both back for next Friday night.
“We have strength in depth again and it was great to see Ellis Farrar back again. We should still have enough depth now with the other lads back.”
