Michael Harris scored a stoppage time double on Saturday as Institute scored a dramatic win.

‘Stute were heading for a stalemate against Ballyclare Comrades when Harris pounced.

Ballyclare seemed set for victory thanks to a Gary Donnelly penalty after 16 minutes, but Kevin Deery’s Institute levelled through Shaun Leppard in the 88th minute.

There was still time for a further twist. Convoy man Harris, who signed from Finn Harps during the summer, scored in the 92nd and 96th minutes.

Fionn McClure and Bradley Callaghan were also included in the Institute side.

‘State are third in the NIFL Championship, just three points off leaders Dundela.

Shane O’Gara, Gareth Harkin and Shane McMonagle started for Dergview, but they lost 4-1 to second-placed Portadown. Joshua Maxwell came on as a substitute for Dergview.

In the NIFL Premiership, Ronan Doherty played as Cliftonville defeated Newry 1-0 to stay third.
