Charlie McGarvey has been included in the Ireland Boys Under-15 squad for this weekend’s friendly against an Australia Schoolboys selection in Dublin.

McGarvey, originally from Letterkenny,  is now a student at CIC Summerhill in County Sligo and on the books of Sligo Rovers. He’s previously played for both Illistrian and Finn Harps.

The action got going at 2pm and the young Boys in Green will look to build on an impressive performance against Portugal in Lisbon in November with Ireland unlucky to win a game that ended 0-0.
