Burns Night celebration in Lough Eske and Cashelard
Burns Weekend returns to Harvey's Point and Cashelard on Friday and Saturday, January 26 and 27.
Among the organisers of this ever popular event is Deirdre McGlone who said: "Join us for a fun weekend in celebration of the life, works and spirit of the great Scottish poet, Robert Burns and the shared bond between Donegal and Scotland."

Friday, January 26: Highland Concert Experience at 9pm The Garden Suite, Harvey's Point. Hosted by Eamonn Gillespie, featuring George Hutton, Seamus and Brian O'Sullivan, Paul Coughlan, Jessica McKearn and the Gary Blair Ceilidh Band Concert. Tickets €15 per person
Saturday, January 27: Haggis Hunt at 12 noon in Cashelard, Ballyshannon. Guided walk with return to Whoriskey's Pub for Cock-a-Leekie soup and a bit of banter. Everyone welcome
Saturday, January 27: Burns Supper at 7pm in Harvey's Point. A gala evening of fine Scottish fare with music, poetry, song and lots of dancing to the great Gary Blair Ceilidh Band. Prize for the best dressed Lady and Gentleman in Scottish attire Burns Supper tickets €69 per person.
