Local women will be sharing their journeys, insights and reflections in a relaxed, welcoming space at Ionad Teampall Chróine on Friday, March 6, at 3pm.

"After the talks, stick around for a casual Q&A and conversation - ask questions, share your own experiences or just soak up the stories," organisers said. "It’s all about connection, inspiration and support, and everyone’s invited. Join us for a cuppa and cake while connecting with others in the community. Come along, listen, share and celebrate together. Let’s make this day about women supporting women. Light refreshments will be served."
