Twitter reaction to 'down to earth fella' Jason Quigley as documentary airs

His fight against WBO World Middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade late last year didn't go as planned but last night's Virgin Media documentary ‘Jason Quigley: Lift Your Heels’ showed the Ballybofey boxer in a positive light

‘Jason Quigley: Lift Your Heels’ aired on Virgin Media Two last night where the middleweight world title hopeful allowed cameras in to his training and family home, where he talked openly about his struggles with mental health.

In November, Quigley was stopped by WBO World Middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade in the second round of their world title bout, without so much as “getting his teeth” into the fight, having broken his jaw in the first round.

Last night's documentary was primarily in the lead-up to that bout in Manchester, new Hampshire, giving a fantastic insight to Quigley the person. It was well-received on Twitter.
