There was a great atmosphere in Donegal Town today as more than 300 troops bound for the Lebanon got a terrific send off from the local people.
The 109th Battalion, which has been based at Finner Camp, paraded through the town after an address by Minister for Defence Paul Kehoe, TD.
Here is a video of just some of the troops as they made their way up Quay Street.
