Video: Coleman makes mascots' day: 'Where are we all from? Donegal? So am I!'

Seamus Coleman made a surprise visit to the mascots from Creeslough's two local clubs - Dunfanaghy Youths and Glenree United - at the Aviva Stadium before Ireland's international friendly against Norway tonight

Seamus Coleman brought smiles to the faces of a selection of Donegal schoolchildren at the Aviva Stadium tonight.

The Football Association of Ireland decided to remember those who lost their lives at the Creeslough tragedy by making players from Dunfanaghy Youths FC and Glenree United the mascots for Ireland's friendly against Norway.

Coleman paid a visit to the children and their parents, much to their surprise, with the FAI media team on hand to record their meeting.

Dunfanaghy Youths players Aisling Toner, Ciara Ward Duffy, Anthony Dawson, Riley Sweeney, Caoimhe Langan and Cian McCaul joined up with Glenree United’s Erin Caldwell, Ellie Wilkin, Kyle Doherty, Cody Boyce and Seamus McCloskey.

The official match programme for the match also included pen pics of the mascots.
