Margaret Mannion, Ballintra and Offaly

The death has occurred of Margaret Mannion (née McGoldrick) 99 Arden View, Tullamore, Offaly and late of Shannagh, Ballintra.

She passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Bethany House Nursing Home, Tyrrellspass.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband John, parents Jim and Maggie-Ellen and her brothers Martin and Michael. Margaret will be sadly missed by her loving son Damien, daughter-in-law Nicola, her adored grandsons Ryan and Ben, brother Seamus, sisters Kathleen, Marian, Geraldine and Ann-Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore, on Friday from 4pm until Removal at 6pm to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon followed by Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.

Sarah O’Reilly, Malin and Cavan

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sally) O’Reilly (née McLaughlin), Carrickmore, Ballyhaise, Co Cavan, and formerly Malin, Co. Donegal.

She passed away on Wednesday, February 12, peacefully at her residence in the loving care of her family.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy, brother Paddy and her parents Hugh and Sarah. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Ann and Carmel, sons Patrick and Vincent, son-in-law Peter Sheridan, daughter-in-law Pauline, her sisters-in-law Celia McLaughlin and Anna Donohoe, her six adoring grandchildren Leontia, Shauna, Conor, Cian, Gavin and Niamh, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Remains reposing at her late residence, Carrickmore, Ballyhaise (H12 XF29), on Thursday, February 12 from 4pm to 8pm. Remains arriving to St Brigid’s Church, Killoughter, Redhills, on Friday for 12noon Funeral Mass. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private to family, friends and neighbours, please outside of reposing hours.

Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care c/o Gerard McMahon Funeral director or any family member.

Mary Hyland, Donegal Town

The death has taken place of Mary Hyland, 19 Drumcliffe Terrace, Donegal Town.

She passed away peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital on February 11 surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her father John, her mother Brede and brother Liam. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, Ann (Junior RIP), Bregeen (Pauric), Joan, Leonie and Bernie (Oliver), nieces, nephews and extended family here and abroad and her many friends.

Reposing at Tir Conal funeral home in Donegal Town on Wednesday, February 12 from 3pm to 8pm. Reposing overnight in her sister Ann's home. House private to family and Mary's friends. Funeral from there on Thursday, February 13 at 12.30pm for 1pm funeral Mass at St Agatha's Church, Clar with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House private to family only on Thursday morning. No flowers please donations to The Diabetic Association c/o any family member.

Jim Shields, Crolly

The death has occurred of Jim Shields, Meenaleck, Crolly, who passed away on February 10.

Predecessed by his parents Joe and Maureen his sister Terry and brother Bobby. Jim was a devoted husband of Nuala and his beloved children Connor and Roisin his grandchildren Sara Lisa Hannah Niamh and Declan his daughter-in-laws Ann and Cathy sisters Maureen Pauline Betty and Jackie his brother Martin and all his Nieces and Nephews.

Jim will be reposing at Mc Glynn's Funeral Home, Dungloe (F94ND68)on Thursday, February 13 from 4pm -7pm. Cremation service on Friday in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan (Dublin Road H12 RF78) at 1pm. Family flowers only with a donation to a charity of your choice.

Bernard Mailey, Letterkenny

The peaceful death has occurred of Bernard (Barney) Mailey, Glencar Scotch, Letterkenny, surrounded by his loving family at the Donegal Hospice, predeceased by his wife Sheila (2013) and son Brian (2016), retired Clinical Nurse Manager, HSE.

Deeply regretted by his family, Elizabeth (Brian), Roisin (Noel), Gabriel (Claire), Edel (Michael), Maire (James), Sinead (Hubert), Sheila (Anthony), Michael, Lucia, (Martin), his sister Gretta, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews, relatives & friends.

Reposing at his late residence. House private please Funeral from there on Thursday, February 13 going to St Eunan’s Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed live here followed by burial in the family plot in Conwal Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if wished to the Donegal Hospice c/o Paschal Blake, Funeral Director, Stoney Arch, New Line Road, Letterkenny.

Tommy McKinley, Dunfanaghy

The death has taken place at The Donegal Hospice of Tommy McKinley, Rockhill, Portnablagh, Dunfanaghy (F92 W7Y8).

Tommy will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Margaret, his sons Trevor (Nora), Stephen (Hillary), daughter Gladlys (Trevor), grandchildren Jack and Bobby, and extended family and friends.

His remains will be reposing at his late residence from 6pm on Tuesday, February 11 for family and close friends.

Wake will take place on Wednesday, February from 1pm to 9pm - everyone welcome.

Funeral Service in St John’s Church, Ballymore on Thursday, February 13 at 2pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu if desired to The Donegal Hospice c/o any family member or James Harkin Funeral Director, Creeslough.
