Death notices for Donegal on Monday evening
The following deaths have taken place:

David Samuel Patterson, Raphoe
The sudden death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of David Samuel Patterson, Cooladerry, Raphoe.
Beloved son of Ernie and Gloria Patterson; cherished brother of Will (Marie), Bobby (Lynda) and sister Aileen. He will be sadly missed by his nephew and nieces – Harry, Lily, Megan, Georgia and the wider family circle. He is predeceased by his brother-in-law Paddy, who held a special place in his heart.
Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.
David Burke, Dunkineely
The death has taken place of David Burke, 214 Castleview, Dunkineely. He passed away peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his father Con, he is sadly missed by his mother Bridget, brother Paul (Teresa) ,sister Sarah (Diarmaid), his niece Lily and large circle of family and friends.
His remains are reposing at Gallagher's Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles, F94 X02N on Monday and Tuesday from 5pm until 9pm.
Removal from there on Wednesday going to the Church of St Joseph and St Conal, Bruckless for 11am funeral Mass, with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Rickard Gallagher, Glenties
The sudden death has occurred of Rickard Gallagher, 12 Dr McCloskey Crescent, Glenties and 4 Stephen’s Place, Belfast.
Predeceased by his grandparents Columba and Teresa, cousins Shane McDonnell and Thomas Gallagher, he is sadly missed by his loving mother Rita, Aunts, Uncles, Aunts in-law, Uncles-in-law, cousins, and friends in Glenties, Belfast and Letterkenny, extended family and neighbours.
Rickard’s remains will repose at his late residence 12 Dr Mc Closkey Crescent on Monday from 11am until 10pm. House private on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral Mass in St Connell’s Church, Glenties on Tuesday afternoon at 1.30pm with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/glenties
