Annie Kelly, (née Browne), Glebe Hollow, Stranorlar

The peaceful death has occurred at St Joseph’s Hospital, Stranorlar of Annie Kelly (née Browne), Glebe Hollow, Stranorlar, and formerly from Glenmore, Ballybofey and Glenties. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Peter, her infant daughter Grace, sisters Mary Flaherty, and Una Boyle. She is survived by her daughters Mary Lillis, Cappry, Kathleen Kelly McIntyre, Sessiaghoneill, and Ann Carr, Curraghamone, sons-in-law, Ken, Enda, and Brendan, grandchildren Rachel, Michael, and Peter Lillis, David, Stephen, Anna and Brenda Carr, her sister Veronica McLoone, England, her niece Kathleen McGroarty and nephew Joseph Boyle.
Remains reposing at McCool’s Chapel of Rest, Ballybofey on Thursday November 24 with visiting time from 3pm until Rosary at 9pm. Funeral leaving from there on Friday November 25 at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am in the Church of Our Lady Of Perpetual Succour, Glenfin. Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s Churchyard, Crossroads, Killygordon. Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, to Cloghan Day Centre, care of any family member.

Neil McFadden, Sheskinbeg, Derrybeg

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Neil McFadden, Sheskinbeg, Derrybeg, originally from Glasgow. Predeceased by his wife Mary. Sadly missed by his daughters; Patricia, Annmarie and Catherine, sister Margaret, grandchildren; Kieran, Conor, Sarah, Cathy, Laura, Ciara, Aoife, Eimear and Rian and extended family and friends.
His remains will repose at Roarty's Funeral Home Derrybeg,(F92DN4X) on Thursday November 24 and Friday, November 25 from 4pm to 8pm. Rosary both nights at 8pm.
Family home strictly private please.
Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Derrybeg on Saturday, November 26 at 11am, with interment afterwards in Magheragallon Cemetery.

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University hospital of Rebecca (Ruby) McClintock, Bready, Carrigans. Predeceased by her late husband James.
Much loved mother of Elizabeth and partner Patrick, son Samuel, son Norman and his wife Elaine, son John, daughter Mary and her husband Leslie, daughter Rebecca and her husband David, son Kenneth and partner Heather and daughter Jemima.
She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, James, Brian, Lisa, Lauren, James and Will and by her wider family circle and friends. Her remains will repose at her late residence.
Funeral Service at her home on Friday, November 25 at 2pm followed by burial in the family plot at Monreagh Presbyterian Church. House private please, family and friends welcome.

Thomas Harte Chestnut Grove, Ramelton

The death has occurred of Thomas Harte Chestnut Grove, Ramelton at Letterkenny University Hospital. Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Remains will arrive at St Mary’s Church, Ramelton, at 7pm today, Thursday, November 24, to repose until Saturday, November 26. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Tully Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Thomas Paul Breslin, Doohill, Ardara.
Sadly missed by his daughters Joanna, Marion and Fiona, son-in-law Shaun and grandsons Joseph, Dylan and Hugh and brother Paul. Predeceased by his wife Josephine.
Remains reposing at his late residence in Doohill.
Removal from there Friday at 11.45am for Funeral Mass at 12pm in the Church of the Holy Family Ardara.

Josephine Doherty, 2 St Vincent’s Close, Ballybofey

The peaceful death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Josephine Doherty, 2 St Vincent’s Close, Ballybofey.
Her remains will repose at her daughter, Louise Doherty’s residence, 12 Ard Na Ri, Long Lane, Letterkenny.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Drumkeen at 11am, Thursday, November 24 followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard. House private on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to the Donegal Hospice.

Catherine (Kitty) Kelly, Rowfield, Braide, Lifford

The death has occurred of Catherine (Kitty) Kelly (née Doherty), Rowfield, Braide, Lifford, F93 CC2W, ormerly of The Fields, Porthall. Retired Murlog Church organist. Beloved wife of the late Patrick and much loved mother of Denis (Trim, Co Meath), Alex (Connecticut, USA), Brian (Strabane), Catherine Downes (Gort, Co Galway) and Grace. Mother-in-law of Rosaleen and the late Marion and Gerry.
Sister of Sonny Doherty (Kent, England) and the late Harriet, Rena, Marie, Hugh, George, Susie, Alex, Margaret and Carmel. Much loved grandmother of Emma, Brian, Aoife, Paul, Daragh, Karen, Colin, Mark, Sandra and Rachael and her 17 great-grandchildren.
Her remains will repose at her home on Thursday, November 24 from 11am to 9pm.
The house is strictly private to immediate family only at all other times and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral from her home on Friday, November 25 at 12 noon for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm in St Patrick's Church, Murlog, Lifford, F93 X5TR.

Kevin Dunlop, Horn Head Road, Dunfanaghy

The death has occurred of Kevin Dunlop, Horn Head Road, Dunfanaghy. Kevin passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, at the age of 71, in the Donegal Hospice, Knocknamona, Lettterkenny.
Dear son of Hughie Dunlop and Brigid (Ramsay), brother to Cyril and predeceased by his dear brothers Leonard and Hubert Dunlop. He will be deeply missed from afar by his sister-in-law Pauline, his nephews, nieces, grand nieces, his first cousins, Nora, Margaret, Bernadette and Seán Duffy, extended family and friends.
Kevin took great pride in his Donegal roots from both Dunfanaghy and Gweedore. He had a passion for sports, specifically Gaelic football as both a fan and a talented player in his youth. His love of art never wavered regardless of where his work took him, near or far, from Europe, North America or heat of the desert in the Middle East.
His family would like to thank those in Dunfanaghy for all their care and help throughout this time. You have again that spirit and good nature that has always defined Dunfanaghy’s people. Those at Letterkenny University Hospital and the Donegal Hospice, thank you ever so much for your care and kindness.

Fr Michael Brown O.C.D., St Teresa’s, Clarendon Street, Dublin 2 / Dunmore, Carrigart

The death has occurred of Fr. Michael Brown O.C.D. St. Teresa’s, Clarendon Street, Dublin 2, Dublin / Dunmore, Carrigart (peacefully) at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin. Deeply regretted by his loving nieces Sarah, Noreen and Maureen and by all the extended Brown family and his Discalced Carmelite brothers and sisters and many good friends.
Requiem Mass on Thursday, November 24, at 11.30am at St Teresa’s Church, Clarendon Street, followed by removal St John the Baptist Church, Carrigart.

The death has occurred of Gráinne Carr Cashel, Gortahork / Phibsborough, Dublin
She died peacefully on November 21 in the wonderful care of the staff in the Oncology Ward in the Mater Private Hospital. Beloved daughter of Pádraig (deceased) and Agnes, much-loved sister of Pádraig Óg, Annjo and Olivia, brother-in-law Adrain, sister-in-law-Linda. Beloved aunt of Dáire, Emily, Finan, Reuben, Xavier and Rex.
Gráinne will be sadly missed by her loving family and a wide circle of friends.

The death has taken place at his home of Ian Edwards, Mullaney Grove, Burt, via Lifford. F93 YN24k.
Much loved son of Moira Edwards. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Moira, son Warren and fiancée Sarah, daughter Alison and partner Alfie, brother Robert and wife Pauline, brother Leslie and wife Valerie, also his mother-in-law Kathleen Smyth, brother-in-law Harold Smyth and his wife Barbara, also his sister-in-law Gillian Buchanan and her husband Moses, extended family circle and many friends.
Funeral leaving from his late residence on Thursday, November 24 at 1.15pm for 2pm Funeral Service in Newtowncunningham Presbyterian Church followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Philip J Timoney, Drumholme, Ballintra

The death has occurred of Philip J Timoney, Drumholme, Ballintra.
Peacefully, at Galway University Hospital, in the loving care of his family. Predeceased by his brothers, Edward, Patrick and William.
Forever remembered by his wife Margaret, daughters Maggie (Brendan), Irene (Shane) and Barbara (Kevin) and his son Philip (Samantha). Much loved by his grandchildren, Conor and Aodhán, Saoirse, Niamh & Fionnbharr, Luke and Chloe (mum Sonya), Philip, his great-grandchildren Kayla and Darragh (Mum Leanne).
Sadly missed by his brothers, John and Charles, sisters, Ann, Margaret, Rita, Breege, Ursula and Kay, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended Timoney family.
Reposing at the family home on Thursday, November 24 from 2pm until 10pm. His remains will arrive at St Brigid's Church, Ballintra, for 11am Funeral Mass on Friday morning with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
Please note a minibus service to the wake house will operate from 2pm until 10pm on Thursday, from the main Ballintra / Rossnowlagh junction. Please utilise this service as the road to the wake house is narrow. Parking of cars at the Ballintra / Rossnowlagh junction will be permitted for this purpose.

Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Killybegs Community Hospital.
Predeceased by her sister Bridie, and brothers William, Patrick and Conal. Sadly missed by her brother Thomas, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by her parents, Jimmy and Martha and her brother, Andy
Much loved mother of Trevor (Ann Marie) Mark (Carmel) Debbie, Dan (Andriena) Andrew (Aislinn) Cheryl (Barry) and Corinne (Barry).
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all her grandchildren, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours and friends. Reposing at her late residence.
Funeral from there on Thursday morning, November 24 at 10am for Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Murlog at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.

The death has occurred of Neil (Nalie) McFadden, Donegal Road, Gibbstown, Navan, County Meath and formerly Loughanure. Predeceased by his parents Owen and Cecilia, brothers James, Teague, Pat, Joe and Mickey, SR Kitty, and sisters Mary and Tessie.
He will be very sadly missed by his loving wife Annie, sons Eugene, Hugh and Niall, daughters Margaret, Áine and Gráinne, 12 grandchildren, son-in-law Con, daughters-in-law Caroline, Alison and Theresa, sister Bridie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Removal from his residence on Thursday at 10.15am to arrive at St Catherine’s Church, Oristown, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Gibbstown Cemetery.

Very Reverend Malachy McBride, Upper Slavery, Buncrana

The death has occurred at Nazareth House, Fahan of the Very Rev Malachy McBride, member of the Salvatorian Society Divine Saviour, Naomh Muire, Upper Slavery, Buncrana.
Sadly missed by his loving sister Betty, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, his extended family and friends.
Also by the Bishop of Derry, the Most Revered Donal McKeown, fellow priests, religious, parishioners and those whom he served with love and dedication. Remains reposing at St Mary's Church, Cockhill.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated there on Friday, November 25 at 12 noon followed by interment in the priests’ plot in the adjoining cemetery.
