Ryan Griffin.
Ryan Grifffin has been selected to represent Ireland at the World University Championships.
The Convoy man will feature in the tournament which takes place at Royal Park I Riveri in Torino, Italy next month.
Last year, Griffin was pipped on the final day of the Irish Intervarsity Championship at Portsalon Golf Club.
The Ballybofey and Stranorlar Golf Club player led by four shots after the second day of action, but a four-over 76 saw him edged out.
The Maynooth University Marketing and Psychology student has been on the rise and has earned selection for the World Universities, which run from July 20-23.
Earlier this year, he was tied for first place at the R&A Student Tour Series in Portugal.
