Mark Mbuli was the 'Stute match winner again.
Mark Mbuli scored again as Institute defeated H&W Welders in the NIFL Championship on Saturday.
The Kevin-Deery managed ‘Stute won 2-1 at the Brandywell to stay in touch in a wafer-tight division.
Ballybofey man Mbuli bagged his fourth goal of the season.
Liam Mullan scored their first, but James McClay quickly levelled for the Welders. Late in the first half, Mbuli broke free and the 18-year-old slotted home what proved to be the winner.
Inishowen men Fionn McClure and Evan Tweed were also in the Institute XI.
Joshua Maxwell scored twice for Dergview, but they lost 3-2 against Championship leaders Newington.
Maxwell broke the deadlock in the 21st minute, but Seamus Duffy brought Newington onto level terms.
However, a Maxwell header had Dergview ahead again. An own goal from Shane McMonagle - on loan at Dergview from Finn Harps - levelled again and Newington’s winner came from Paul Donnelly, who headed in from a corner.
Maxwell and McMonagle were joined in the Dergview team by fellow Donegal men Jack Parke, Keith Cowan and Gareth Harkin.
