Fahan native, Nora Stapleton, was in Letterkenny on Wednesday night where she took a coaching session with members of Letterkenny Rugby Club's girls teams.
The Irish rugby star, in her first ever visit to the Dave Gallaher grounds at Glebe, Letterkenny, took training with the U15 and U18 squads.
Nora, who is the Women's Rugby Development Executive with the IRFU, started back training with the Irish squad this week as preparations for next year's Rugby World Cup get underway.
The former Donegal gaelic footballer went down a treat with the young players at Letterkenny. During her visit she spoke of the fantastic work being done at grassroots level in the game and encouraged more parents and adults to become involved as coaches in order to help grow the number of young players involved in the game.
