The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Joshua Montgomery, Stoney, Ballynally, Moville, F93 Y47N.

Removal today, Monday, January 16 at 3pm from Liam Collins’s Funeral Premises, Culdaff, F93 HE03, going to his home.

Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

Susan Gibbons, Dergroagh, Cloghan

The peaceful death has taken place in St. Joseph’s Community Hospital,  Stranorlar of Susan Gibbons, Dergroagh, Cloghan.
 
Susan was pre-deceased by her parents, Joe and Susan McGill, her beloved brother James and John and sisters Molly and Bridie,  the beloved wife of the late Joe Gibbons and loving mother to Patrick and Rose, grandmother to Sarah and Laura  and mother-in-law to Ger.
 
Her Remains will arrive at The Church of our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Glenfinn at 5pm on Monday, January 16,  for Reception Prayers, and will repose in The Oratory in the Church with the Rosary at 7pm.
 
Family and friends welcome.
 
Requiem Mass at 10am on Tuesday January 17, with internment afterwards in Kilteevogue Cemetery.
 
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to the Patients Comfort Fund, St. Joseph’s Community Hospital, Stranorlar, c/o Patrick Gibbons.

John Martin Kelly, Ballybrack, Moville

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of John Martin Kelly, Ballybrack, Moville.

Brother of Eddie Kelly, Rose Kelly (Ballybrack) and Mary Stewart (Letterkenny).

Wake strictly private at the request of the deceased.

John’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Ballybrack, followed by private cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Eileen O'Donnell, Convoy

The peaceful death has taken place at Brentwood Manor Nursing Home, Convoy, of Eileen O’Donnell, Cornigillagh, Convoy.

Sadly missed by her sister Vonnie Maxwell, Sion Mills, her brother Hugh, Milltown, Convoy and Leonard, Greenfields Convoy, also Maurveen Griffiths England. Deeply regretted by her nieces, nephews and wider family circle.  

Her remains are reposing at the home of her niece Catherine Ryan, Knock, Ballybofey F93K6DY.

House private please, family and friends welcome.

Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday at 11.15am for 12 noon Requiem Mass in St Mary's Church, Convoy, followed by burial in the family plot in the old graveyard.

Celine Clarke, Quigley's Point

The death has taken place at her home of Celine Clarke, the Bungalow, Three Trees, Quigley’s Point.

Celine’s remains are reposing at her home.

Funeral from her home on Tuesday at 1.30pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, Muff, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Rita Moriarty, Wexford and Culdaff

The death has occurred of Rita Moriarty (née Quigley), Summerhill, Enniscorthy, Wexford and late of Culdaff.

Rita died peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. John’s Community Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of Orla, Karen and Dervla, cherished sister of Maura, Des and the late Vinnie, Gertie, Tom, John, Monica and Patricia and adored grandmother.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters, brother, sister, sons-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends. 

Reposing at Browne’s Funeral Home, Enniscorthy on Monday from 4pm with removal at 6pm to St. Aidan’s Cathedral, Enniscorthy. 

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Enniscorthy Cemetery.

Charlie Moohan, Frosses

The peaceful death has occurred, at home, of Charlie Moohan, Drimbarron, Frosses.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Anna Marie (October 23, 2021), sister Roseleen (Doherty), brothers Sonny and Jimmy.

Charlie will be sadly missed by his children Martina (Eamon Cush, Convoy), Joseph (Sinead, Frosses), Angela (Brian Gallagher, Frosses), Cathal (Denise, Frosses), Brigid (Sean McLaughlin, Moville). Deeply regretted by his grandchildren Aoibheann, Meadbh, Patrick, Freya, Logan, Charlie, Calum, Dominic, Lucy, Anna, Dylan, Patrick and Charlie, sister-in-law Breid Moohan, brother-in-law Michael Jim Kenny (Brigid), nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of great friends.

Remains will be reposing at his home from 12 noon to 9pm on Monday and 12 noon to 9pm on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday for 12 noon Funeral Mass at The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Frosses, with interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Mary Jane Orr, Cairn Lr., Ramelton

The death has taken place at Ramelton Community Nursing Unit of Mary Jane Orr, Cairn Lr., Ramelton, dearly loved wife of the late Sammy Orr.

Funeral Service on Monday at 2pm in St.Columcille’s Church, Glenalla followed by interment in Bank Cemetery, Ramelton.

Lorraine McBride, 24 Allendale, Buncrana

The death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of Lorraine McBride, 24 Allendale, Buncrana.

Beloved wife of Cahir McBride and dear mother of Conor and Caolán, daughter of Maura, predeceased by her father Charlie Eccles, sadly missed by her brothers, sisters, family circle and friends.

Patricia Melly, Bundoran

The death has occurred of Patricia Melly, 51 Gaelic Park Drive, Bundoran and late of Finner Rd, Bundoran. She passed away peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. 

Beloved daughter of the late Jim and Kathleen Melly, and sister of the late Gerard. Patricia will be sadly missed by all the Melly and Campbell families, and all her relatives, neighbours, friends and carers.

Reposing at Breslin’s Funeral Home, West End, Bundoran F94E92F on Sunday, January 15, from 5pm to 8pm for relatives, neighbours and friends to call.

Removal from Breslin’s Funeral Home on Monday, January 16 at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Bundoran for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterwards Finner Cemetery, Bundoran.

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Margaret McGrory, Sharagore, Linsfort, Buncrana, F93 W3P0.

Margaret is reposing at her residence. House private please from 10pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral.

Funeral leaving there on Monday, January 16 at 10.30am going to the Star of the Sea Church, Dessertegney for 11am Mass.

Vera Gilmartin, Luton, Cork and Clonmany

The death has occurred at Mercy University Hospital, Cork of Vera Gilmartin, née Kerr, Luton, Cork and formerly of Letter, Urris, Clonmany.

Her remains will be arriving at St Michael’s Church, Urris on Sunday, January 15 at approximately 4.30pm to repose overnight.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am with interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Teresa Leeper, Ballybofey

The tragic death occurred of Teresa Leeper on December 15 in Birmingham.

Teresa will be sadly missed by her loving husband Joe, daughters Caroline and Sharon and son Martin, sons-in-law, daughter- in-law, sisters Bernadette and Rosaleen, brothers-in-law, her adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Teresa’s remains will be received into our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Yardley Wood, Birmingham on Monday, January 23 at 6pm to repose overnight.

Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 11am followed by burial at Widney Manor Cemetery. Teresa's funeral will be live streamed on the following link www.ourladyoflourdesbirmingham.co.uk.
