Man found dead in Dungloe

Gardai have confirmed that a man was found dead in an apartment at Quay St, Dungloe at around 12.30pm yesterday. Supt. Michael Finan said there was "nothing suspicious" in relation to the death. The remains were removed to Letterkenny General Hospital for post mortem examination. Locals have named the deceased as Stephen Bonner (36). Fr Seamus Meehan, Parish Priest, "Everyone here is very shocked and saddened by the news of Stephen's passing. He was well-known in the town. Our thoughts and prayers are with Stephen's family and friends at this sad time."
