We can expect a dull day today with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. High temperatures of 12 to 13 degrees with moderate winds and some brighter and drier spells before evening.
There will be dry and clear spells at first this evening, but thick cloud and rain will return overnight, accompanied by heavy outbreaks of rain, mist and fog. Low temperatures around 11 degrees.
